DJ Ninja (Nina) started dj-ing at the age of 19. She is the first and the only female hip hop DJ in Slovenia at the moment. During this time, she has been spinning all over Slovenia, in all the biggest clubs and events and is one of the most active hip hop DJs in the state. Besides hip hop, you can also hear her spinning r'n'b, soul, funk or disco sounds.
She has been a guest dj in other countries: Croatia (Zagreb) at club Kset, Aquarius, Gjuro2 & Piranha; Split,klub Metropolis; Switzerland (Zurich), she was a special guest for a christmas hip hop party; Paris,France - guest at a radio show hosted by DJ Fab and DJ Lord Jazz from Lords of the Underground; Macedonia, Skopje – club Process; Sajarevo etc.
So far she has been a resident DJ at two clubs in Ljubljana, club Basic and club K4.
She has also performed at concerts of big hip hop artists, such as KRS ONE, CAMP LO, RA THE RUGGED MAN in Ljubljana.
She is one of the most active hip hop djs in the country and gets a lot of respect both from the people in the music business as well as the public.
